Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are limited, we do't accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you receive an item with a defect, you may return it for a full refund or replacement (available) please contact us within 7 days of delivery, the item has to get back to us within 14 days of delivery. Flawed items must be returned same condition they were received.

If your item has a flaw or you received the wrong item, please email Include your order number and pictures of the issue. A someone from the customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours and provide a shipping label for the return if necessary. Flawed items must be shipped within 2-3 business days. If an item is returned beyond that period, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs or send the package back. Once we receive the flawed item, we will send a replacement if one is available or issue a full refund if we are unable to replace.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the item is received back, please allow 3 business days to receive a refund.

*Please note that items marked return to sender are not accepted or eligible for a full refund. 

I made a mistake when ordering. Can I change my order?

Please order carefully as orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed. If you made a mistake with the size you ordered you can e-mail us to and we will try to accommodate but cannot promise a size change will be available.We are unable to add or remove items from an order. Cancellations are not accepted for any reason including change of mind, successful cart buddy, duplicate orders, wrong size, accidental purchase, etc.
